Please check your Spam or Junk folder in case the message has been trapped.

There are rare cases where the message is blocked completely in which case you will need to add support@ardexa.com as a "Safe Sender". Here are the instructions to Add a Safe Sender in Outlook.

Activation Failed Issue

This occurs when:

  • User has been invited twice.

  • User activation link expired and accessed the link again.

  • User already activated the link then tried to activate again.

  • User has been given the same permission they already have.

Possible / Quick fix: Remove the user from the work-group and re-invite them.
