The agent won't connect
If you are behind a firewall, it is possible that the outgoing connection from the agent to the cloud is being blocked. The Ardexa Agent will need to connect directly to the US Cluster (app.ardexa.com), then the agent needs to contact
broker.ardexa.comon TCP port
5671...or... the EU Cluster (eur1.ardexa.com), then the agent needs to contact
broker-eu.ardexa.comon TCP port
If, from your device, you cannot ping the Ardexa broker then, please modify your firewall to allow this very specific, outgoing connection from the network.
