Slack Invitation

Ardexa uses the Slack real time messaging application for client support. If you haven't received a Slack invitation, Please check your Spam or Junk folder in case the message has been trapped. There are rare cases where the message is blocked completely in which case you will need to add [e-mail] as a "Safe Sender". Here are the instructions to Add a Safe Sender in Outlook.
