# Images

## Capture

The Ardexa agent can capture images from most IP Cameras and Webcams. These images can be accessed in real-time via the Dashboard or can be compiled into daily time-lapse videos.

Please speak with your Account Manager for more information.

## Personal data

As some of these images may contain PII (personally identifiable information), these images are stored in dedicated, high-redundancy, secure storage in the same region as the Ardexa cloud.

We can quickly and easily organise to delete some or all images from a camera, device or workgroup upon request.  Please contact your Account Manager to lodge a request.
