Timeframe and Timezone

Timeframe

A dashboard timeframe is period from which you would like the data to be retrieved for the dashboard cards.

Common timeframes are a list of preset periods that are provided by the Ardexa Web App to you for easy selection. The default value is Last 7 days

Timezone

By default, timeframes are defined in your local time zone. This can be customised by choosing a different Timezone option in the Timezone drop down:

Valid options are Local (your current timezone), UTC or a specific timezone specified by location.

Changing the selected timezone will adjust the timeframes to match the local time of the new timezone. The time shown on cards will reflect this selected timezone.

For the Chart and Latest Values card types, you can display the time in either the data collection timezone or the selected timezone using the interactive option.
